Nathalie has been in charge of purchasing and accounting at YBA for more than a decade.

Answering any inquiry, scheduling the manufacturing, planing the logistics, doing the follow-up of all our suppliers, Maiwenn is THE essential link for smooth operations.

Mathieu PERNOT
Head of engineering department

Mathieu is an engineer in electronics and acoustics and joined YBA in December 2004.

Musician (he plays the piano) he has an extensive experience in audio (integrated amps, home theater components).

At YBA he is the manager of the engineering department.

Yves-Bernard ANDRE
Sound design consultant

After working with Goldmund, Vecteur, Pierre Lurné... he has established YBA brand in 1981.

25 years after, his intuitions and design philosophy still inspire our engineers that have become "masters" in the art of creating the exceptionnal.

Jérémie KIRSCH
R&D engineer

Holding an engineering diploma from one of the French leading engineering school, Jeremie has joined YBA last year and acts has project manager on several YBA's projects.

Matthieu Claire
Electronic engineer

Matthieu joined the company in April 2006 and is in charge of developping "connected" devices such as musical servers.

He is graduated from Paris ESEME SUDRIA.

Yu QIN
Digital and software engineer

Coming from mainland China, YU joined YBA at the begining of 2005.

Graduated from a well known Chinese university nearby Shanghai, YU worked during two years as a R&D team member for a major consumer electronic manufacturer.

He moved to France in 2004 for a post-graduate program and following an internship with YBA he joined the company.

He is in charge of digital and software projects

Henri EGROT
Field technician

Henri has been working for YBA for more than 15 years, as field technician (mainly dealing with preamp manufacturing and high end tuning). He also has an active role in the analog domain design and software improvements. He is responsible for the SIGNATURE line manufacturing and all after-sales services.

Eric DANET

Eric is a former Alcatel Lucent technician (optical fiber). He is in charge of PASSION 1000/600/400 CDPs and PREAMPs.

Philippe MANGEL

Philippe is a ultra dedicated worker with a huge sense of details. He is in charge of all the manufacturing of our PASSION integré amplifiers as well as the PASSION 1000 power amplifier.

Christian BENONY

Christian is in charge of the manufacturing of all our cables and accessories as well as all power supplies (400/600/1000) and the Passion 200 CDP.
